Detroit first 5 is a good bet. This is coming from a lifelong A's fan. Detroit's bullpen looks shaky. Obviously Valverde is no good but even Benoit and Albuquerque didn't look that sharp putting men on base and giving up hard-hit line-outs.

Momentum is a helluva thing in the postseason though.

Nope set where it should be..... when was the Last time Max Sherzer pitched befor Verlander in consecutive games??? These two pitchers have very similar pitches and only a couple mph diffrence in speed. A's bats will now be up to speed with Verlanders pitches.........

after what happened last night i wouldnt be suprised if Verlander was let out there for 150 pitches Leyland would leave him..... dead serious here. Everyone will be on Oak..... Bigger ballpark for Verlander to pitch. Oak will be used to fastballs. I can see Verlander staying out there the entire game.
