I bought the annual membership in July 2011. They did not hit projected units and I did receive a refund. The refund took about 2 weeks. I bought a 3 month membership from them and use them for the NFL only along with RAS for College Football and Indian Cowboy for the WNBA.

Please keep the forum updated. FYI- Best Sports Handicapping had 7-2 week in the NFL and is 25-9 overall - RAS had a losing week in college football but is 34-30 on the year - Indian Cowboy continues to be solid in the WBA at 33-16 for the year. I'm no huge ic guy but he has done well in college bb and the WNBA over the last couple years. I'm a member of all 3 services and can verify the records

Nothing yet but I still have some hope.They seem like a legit company to me but they had a rough period when I was a member.I have never seen them fabricate their record on the blog that they update several times a month.

Stay away i had their picks for a year. Sure they habe hot streaks but everybody does. Overall they sux.

FYI -it took 2 weeks for my refund. I listed the records of services I paid for below.

RAS / college football only/ 3/3 last week. 37-33 overall
Best Sports Handicapping / 12-5 last week / 28-10 in NFL
Indian Cowboy / 7-2 last 9 wnba / 36 -16 overall. Please keep in mind this is for the wnba only. He has and a very bad run in other games lately.

Mail came today & no check. That is 24 days since my membership ran out.They claim they sent a refund check to me about 10 days ago. What do you think the probability of the post office losing it is? Yeah right,give me a break. I did my homework school teacher but the dog ate it. I also did my term paper too but I put it on a woodpile in back of the school for just a few seconds and a woodpecker came by & flew away with it.

37 days today & no refund. Yesterday they said they would send me confirmation when it is sent. They provided no indication as to when that might be or the reason for any more delay. This has become beyond ridiculous at this point.

43 days today & no refund. I haven't had any email response from them in 4 days & they haven't taken my phone call in over 2 weeks. I did file a complaint on the Rip Off Report & I am going to contact the Attorney General of Nevada on friday If I don't receive a refund.

And to think that I thought I would get a refund as I had respect for Todd who worked there when I signed up for my membership. At the present time I believe the whole operation is a big scam. I see where someone else back in May of 2012 never got his refund as he posted this on RIP OFF REPORT.

I will tell you that I can confirm that this bunch of crooks did basically the same to me. I paid them for their top play of the day for a year. They guaranteed to refund me my money if they did not go a least 70%. They were really nice and let me pay them in 3 payments about 2 months apart. Looking over some records I still have it looks like around 3 months they were 47-48. I remember telling them before I made the last payment that I did not think I was going pay them because they had already lost to many games and now they needed to hit like 85% the rest of the year to make the 70% mark. They again told me it was guaranteed money back, so like a fool I made the last payment.

The last record I have of their plays they were 103-108, I kind of quit tracking them as I asked for my money back but they told me I would have to wait. When my year was up and I told them send me my money I was then told that it would take at least 45 days to review our agreement. After 45 days I started emailing them a couple times every week sometimes somebody would respond and tell me that they would check on the status of my refund.

Finally once they said they had sent me a registered letter with a check. I waited and no registered letter came. So I asked for the number of this registered letter, I was eventually told that it was not registered but sent by regular mail and must have got lost. They had asked for my address earlier so they had the correct address. I kept bugging them to send me another one, which they responded the bank told them to wait 15 business days. After that they pretty much quit answering my emails. I never did call them on the phone as they have a number listed on the website.

I dont know how long it has been since they last responded to me. I still send them an email once a week or whenever I see them tweet something I reply to them but nothing in return from them.

If anybody knows anymore about this bunch I sure wish they would let me know. I have an address but I dont live out there so I really dont have anyway of checking it out. I might someday go out that way and I will check it out for myself.

I see now they have changed their refund policy and it does not mention money back guarantee. I suppose they just give you more of their plays when they have a losing streak.

Bottom line is they dont win as much as advertised and whatever they tell you is not to be believed. You are welcomed. Ok now the know it alls start telling my how stupid I am.
