Since its a lock at 4 points how will this game play out? Will Baltimore kick a late field goal with ex Cowboy Cundiff for the win? Will Dallas win straight up? Will Baltimore playing Houston on the road after Dallas factor into how hard Baltimore plays against Dallas at home? Will this game being Dallas' first leg of a road and road factor into this game? Most importantly what leads you to believe Dallas will be hungry for a win? Has there been recent evidence of hunger that you can point to. Ravens offense plays better at home then on the road.... I am assuming their performance at KC and a Dallas bounce back after a bye is what you're banking on.
The Defense is way over rated though and as long as Romo doesn't f-ck up this should be a very competitive game.
Over might be a better play.

However 4 catches and 32 yards of that came in the 3Q when the Cowboys were down by 10+. A further 4 catches / 48 yards and his TD came in the final three minutes from Orton. The Bears were able to play deep coverage for most of the second half which naturally opens up throws underneath to the tight end. His success was a function of his position and the game situation. He didn't do shit when it mattered.
