I think Miggy is clean. Broke into the majors very young and has been taking at a high rate ever since. No can say for certain about anyone though the past 20 years. The only Hall of Famers I'm pretty sure were clean during that era were Pedro, Griffy Jr and Greg Maddux.

There's a big difference between gaining some weight and your entire body composition changing.
