I dont have cable either...I hate the crap on tv. Nothing useful. Now don't get me wrong, ill watch a game on the laptop..which could be hooked up to the tv. Also enjoy watching the NFL replays after the games are all over..but to watch cable tv.. Paying $100 monthly.. for what? Let me try and explain this, ok. A hamburger in sports betting is a reference to the buns and meat of gambling. What does that mean? let me try and explain. The buns and meat of gambling are put together by us, just like a hamburger. Let me explain that further. When we put together the hamburger of sports betting we are putting together a fast play to satisfy our needs, just like we put together a hamburger at a fast food place to satisfy our hunger. Now when we're at that fast food place we can either have take out or a sit down. Most of the time I select take out because i am a very busy individual and i have no time for sitting down. So anyways, just like hamburgers are bad for you, so too are the hamburger plays we choose because they are put together fast and cheap to try and satisfy the crave for instant satisfaction.Comment -

A hamburger is someone who gets ground into little pieces by their gambling. They started out as a whole piece of meat (albeit one of the more beat-up and gristly cuts) but now exist as a misshapen and piece-meal amalgam of their former self, all thanks to gambling. Sometimes it happens to people who just post about gambling and get sucked into their forum persona, but this is less common. This doesn't have to apply to just losers, either, as sometimes people with legitimate advantage gambling potential or skills can get sucked into the abyss after spending too long around the scammers and schemers that make up the larger gambling community.

You'll sometimes hear the term meatball used in this context, which refers to someone who meets the definition of a hamburger, but retains more of their humanity.
