Their CS sucks balls and are totally incompetent at times. I actually dislike a lot of things about this book and lately I can't even get on before kick off to get my bets in. Happened all day yesterday and again this morning. I ended up missing one bet (a F*CKING WINNING ONE) and had to quickly take some wager to another site.

Problem is, from what I read, they are on a short list that I can trust 4 figures plus at from the US. So for now I will continue to use them but only because I have very limited options as a US Player.
