Why go toward Baylor... did no one watch them struggle against Sam Houston State? Yeah they won by 25 but it was a close game all the way up until the final 6 minutes of the game where Baylor started to pile it on. Baylor trailed by 10 at halftime

Baylor is garbage man, their defense is terrible. And SHSU had a pro style pocket passing QB, not a mobile QB like ULM has.

Baylor also struggles on the road, look at their past history

Sam Houston State just got too jittery at the end of the game, as if they were shocked to be in the position they were in, so they couldn't convert their chances. ULM on the other hand already has the experience of playing in 2 close games against teams that they had no business competing with, and knows how to make those plays SHSU could not.

ULM has the exact kind of offense that has given Baylor trouble in the past. Even when Baylor went 10-3 last year their defense was still a steaming pile of garbage. What makes you think this year will be any different for them?

at 1st glance I wanted to take ULM but in my handicapping its not just about X's and O's. Trying to get into the mindset of the teams for me is important. In this case we get ULM who 2 weeks ago got a absolutely remarkable upset win over arkansas in
OT. Then they have another OT game vs Auburn but lose. Thats where my worry sets in. Is ULM still excited they just kept it close and took another good team to OT as a huge dog? Or are they crushed losing in OT when having a great chance to win.

Also I can't expect Baylor having a let down game after watching what ULM has done the past 2 weeks.

I personally am laying off this game and just rooting for baylor so the "prick" gets a loss lol

Good points...plus SHSU dropped 2 touchdown passes in the endzone settling for field goals...also final score was inflated at the end as mentioned especially with the int baylor had returned for a touchdown at the end ULM should be the play

Realize that SHSU is one of the best teams in FCS. Baylor came out flat but they had fire power to pull away. ULM is a good school but the points here is way too much, they shouldnt be within ten in this one, they don't have the same firepower.
