Seriously! Seems like books are apprehensive to post a line any larger for a road team in the sec against a name like AU, but damn. It's definitely gonna be loud n crazy and have the Barn fired up to the max... but I just cant see a close one. Thirty one to 10 is still a cover and frankly it could get ugly if AU's O simply cant move the chains. Furthermore, LSU does not have a big game next week and Les knows AU is a tough venue. Does this seem too easy?

Maybe so... But I think all the motivation in the world sometimes doesn't matter when your out manned. I think this is one where the public gets one. Defenses like Bama n LSU seem to throw a curveball at the books sometimes it seems.

If you take AU, I would at least consider taking the first half line. Even then, I couldn't do it.

Are you fulkin kidding me? Guys, Auburn is horrible. Say what you want about LSU not playing anyone up to this point but the defense is solid and the offense is better than last year. Put Frazier or Mosely in the mix and neither is any better than Jordan Jefferson. You say Auburn will be up for this game? Sure, but that will last for about a quarter. The crowd will be deflated by the 2nd half and its all she wrote from there Keep in mind, last years score was 45-10 and that was with a mediocre LSU QB. Why does everyone think it will be any different? Mettenberger is a HUGE upgrade so I see nothing but a repeat of last year or worse for Auburn. This is going to be an ass whipping and possibly the game that Chizik loses his job over.

I took the -18.5 and thank the books for a gift. This coupled with last week's easy Bama/Ark line give me the feeling they still dont respect the top 2 in the SEC enough even though they covered EVERY SINGLE GAME in conference, save their head to head match.
