What adjustments should I make on Fantasy Football Team? (Giving away free points)

I have Hakeem Nicks on the bench but hes out this week. Also have Rivers, nate washington, Meachem, Britt, Mendenhall (out), and Kaeding. I know i have no depth at RB but can I win this week. What adjustments to make? Rivers instead of Eli? Washington for Massaquoi. Im in the process of trading Decker for Brent Celek this week which would make me very weak at WR

I'd roll with Rivers over Eli..and at some point you're going to have to play Britt. His matchup this wk looks promising, but I wouldn't gamble unless you have to.

Mohammed Mosaquio is still relevant?? I'd start Britt over him, but that's because I don't even know if he has a catch this season, yet.

Kenny Britt - WR - Titans

Coach Mike Munchak said on Wednesday that Kenny Britt should play a lot more this week.

Munchak said earlier that he wanted to see Britt practice well before giving him increased playing time. This report suggests he may have seen just that in Wednesday's practice. It's still too early to fully endorse Britt as a fantasy option, but things are moving in the right direction.
