Sorry Sherlock , legalities don't come in to play here. What about all the people that were ripped off over the years with their crooked casino software that was finally brought to light by the Wizard of Odds , Michael Shackleford? Did the players that were cheated out of their money offered a refund or settlement? Hell no, they were shit out of luck.
