Good picks. The one that looks the weakest is your bucs over 49. I really like the under in that game. They played last year in TB it finished 26-20 bucs. Tease That total under 55/bucs+9 looks juicier!!!Comment -
yea im a little concerned that the number hasn't moved up at all from 49.5 - to me this seems like a clear over. The Saints throw the ball as much as any team in the NFL and TB's weakness is pass defense. Also I think TB has some weapons offensively with that rookie RB and the addition of Vincent Jackson which allows Mike Williams to go up against #2 corners. And of course the Saints D has been atrocious. Maybe I am missing something here... all I can think of is that the Saints may be improved defensively coming out of the bye or that they will try a new philosophy since they are 1-4 with this pass-heavy offense?? I dunno I have this set at 53.5 so I think this hits as long as both teams like they have all year... I am interested to hear why you like the under so much other than last year's game?Comment -

just took a quick look and yea I see the last few matchups ending with about 40 points on average so I'm sure they went under. I don't read too much into past results since things change so much in the NFL over the course of one season (including two new coaching staffs on each side) nevermind 2-3 seasons ago but 7 straight is a lot. TB does have good numbers against the run but are below average against the pass... when they faced above average passing offenses they allowed 41 to NYG and 16 to Dallas so split there. I'm not worried about the Saints scoring as much as the Bucs at this point but the Bucs do have the weapons - they just gotta score TD's when their in the redzone cause I think they will have no prob getting there. Can't argue with your teaser though I do like TB from a side perspective and 9 is a good number so good luck and lets have this one land on 54
