LT, any thoughts on the Eagles? Really liking them with Vick playing the 1st qtr and pitt offense amd defense plying just one series. Think the eagles defense is really deep this year after they drafted n should shut down batch and make jerrod johnson look awful. Meanwhile i dont see pitt being all that deep on defense after the first unit and like kafka to break the game open in the 2nd qtr.

Would be all over Steelers if not for Reid tragedy, look at preseason records of the coaches. Normally I just stick to facts on the field, but in a meaningless preseason game, Steelers may gift one to Reid here so I am staying far, far away.

No, Tomlin plays to win. Reid is terrible except in Week 3 dress rehearsals for regular season.

Yeah, Tomlin is 16-5 in the preseason while Reid is 21-31, at least from the one place I checked preseason records at. I took the Steelers before the story about Reid's son, still like the Steelers but the lines moved against me.

Yes and Reid is 8-5 in Week 3, so 13-26 when not playing the starters much.

Ryan has always used vanilla defenses in preseason, saving his exotic stuff for regular season. Over is 8-3-1 in preseason in his Jets coaching career with average score of 38.3. Plus both teams lack depth at running back and Jets want to take a long look at Hill and Bengals at Shipley (hasn't practiced well returning from ACL), so quite a bit of passing.

LT, any insight on the Detroit Cleveland game? I am loving the over. all of Detroits QBs know the system perfectly and they have a plethora of offensive weapons all over the place.

Cleveland should have a good showing from all their QBs, I am just worried if they have enough skill players deep into the game to put enough points on the board
