I no a cold sore is herpes but if you saw the press conference and you can see a little in the pic this big ass bloody pimple idk Im not herpe expert but why cant you get genital herpes on your lip say you got genital herpes and you are getting blown and then you makeout you can get that on your lip?

Cold sore herpes is so common, like 50-80% of people have it. You don't get it only from sexual stuff, just sharing a cup with someone can give it to you.

No buddy. Herpes virus lives on the ganglion of a nerve fiber. It lays dormant and will come to the surface of the skin and form vesicles (cold sore) that are loaded with replicating viruses.

If you get a cold sore on your lip, they will always come back. They're not gone forever. It's much like genital herpes. It's the same virus. I think they just have different names for what areas they affect.
