This is old news, yes, they are losers, it starts from the top. When your coach is still living in the 80's and has seemed to forget and failed to adopt to 25 years of rules chances and NFL.

I don't know that singletary is really the problem. The team
played hard under him but just too many internal issues and no offense.

Playing "hard" isn't why teams lose. Every NFL team plays "hard", they need to play "smart".

The NFL is a thinking mans game, it's not the bigger guy or the stronger guy wins, it's a team game and that team needs a plan.
