He probably should have taken more preseason reps. He looks rusty. He'll get right, but they've got work to do.

It's a long season. 0-2 isn't the end of the world. They just don't have quite as much margin for error anymore.

I'm a lifetime Packer/Favre fan and followed Brett to the Jets and Vikings. I stuck up for a great quarterback even though everyone in Wisconsin hates him. Last year was awesome but even I will admit this year he came back clearly for the money. He figured he could just step in and be great but this Vikings team is clearly different with several key players injured/traded. If there was ever a time to get to preseason it was this year. I'm sure his timing will get better but he doesn't seem to care about the games nearly as much as he used to. You can see the words "I want to go home" pretty much scrolling across his forehead. The Vikings will be very lucky to make it as a wildcard.

You are right...Favre doesnt want to be here....If Ryan Longwell
and 2 other Vikings didnt fly dwn to Mississippi and kiss his ass to
come back...I dont think he would of....

I think he regrets it....

Sad thing is that the Vikings will have wasted 2 precious years
that they could have given Jackson or another QB valuable playing
experience.....

Gonna be a long year for the purple....

0-2 is close to the end of the world because if they beat the lions and lose to the Jets in week five after the bye that puts them at 1-3. With a early record like that it is going to be real hard to get into the playoffs let alone contend for a title. Also whoever said Vick will be a top 3 QB by the end of the year I hope that was a joke because I can't tell after all the hype hes been getting lately.
