    Dallas and KC

Quite possibly the worst display by professional athletes this season, and yes i have lost on both games so i am bias but the point stands nontheless. Seasons on the line and this is the best they have to offer. Stuff me.

Congrats to the winners and get rooted to the losers.

ya its been a slightly bad weekend for me too

kc's defense was some of the worst tackling in recent memory

i had dallas as part of a teaser but did not bet the game and it's a good thing since they did not even show up

i lost on the colts but i knew it was a possibilty and i don't regret the pick

kinda mad i did not bet the farm on cinci but i at least doubled my units

only -1 unit but not real happy

agree on both counts, Dallas is a paper tiger and I think Bledsoe's time is up. Just sad.

Dallas is a year behind schedule, IMO. Parcells is in his third year, after making the playoffs his first year, then a reversal in his second year. They've basically lost a year due to salary cap hell, compounded with Jones' bungling while running the Cowboys draft, pre-Parcells. This year is marked with a first-year "new" QB in Bledsoe (remember Plummer's first year in Denver?), compounded with a lot of rookies and young players, peppered with free-agents new this year. Next year the Cowboys will be a freakin' monster, but that's next year. He's still pacifying Jones' ego by humoring players such as Peerless Price, Anthony Thomas, Drew Henson. Expect Henson to be cut in the offseason. Parcells is on pace, it's just lagging due to the idiocy of Jerry Jones.

This year, making the playoffs would be a HUGE victory. That's quite in doubt, now, after Sunday's performance against Washington. It's a backdoor route, uphill, going into Carolina next weekend. Even 9-7 might be a "moral" victory for this team. Yeah, Bledsoe has looked pretty pathetic this year, but so much of QB play is timing. Coming to a new team with new receivers is quite a task even for a veteran of Bledsoe's ilk. I know Bledsoe looked like absolute crap today, but he's got some arm left. Look how everyone was burying Brunell, or even Brad Johnson. QB experience in the NFL isn't easy to acquire. I'll take Bledsoe over Favre, and most will take Favre over half the NFL starting QBs. Bledsoe is enough to win a Super Bowl ring. The Cowboys are still a few parts away, but they're getting there. Just not THIS year.

There's questions, no doubt. It's impossible to defend today's performance. But it's one game.

Granted, it's a very key game against a hated division rival. It's very reminding of last year's complete collapse and complete lack of "heart". But that's not the Parcells way. Look at EVERY other game this season. This team has fought 100% of the way in many close games. I was wondering if they'd have a collapse like this, eventually. Fighting so hard for so long takes something out of a guy, and a team. Plus, the rookies hitting the rookie wall. It was just a matter of time before this team hit this type of hurdle. All today tells me is that they aren't there yet.

I'd still like this team rally, maybe a playoff berth. Throw some dice in the air and see how this team can handle itself in a wild card game. They aren't the calibre of the Giants or Seahawks just yet, but just a bit below. It sucks to already be looking at next year for this type of team, but that's the reality of it right now, as a fan.

Hey your my boy slacker but what you said is completely
wrong. Coming to a new team with new receivers is quite
a task??? O.K Kurt Warner did fine right away when he played with new receivers with the Rams and Cardinals,Tom Brady did fine when taking over for Mr.Bledsoe for the Pats. The main problem with Dallas is there Off Line.
With KC it is discipline,Vermeil is a pussy. He was cool
when he was with the rams, but now he has no control
    over his players.

Good luck Razz mate, cos i doubt i'll venture that far.
Problems i'd have with those plays are this:
    1. Do you think the Panthers D will give these pansies an easier time than the Skins, after watching today's performance?
    2. The Chargers just beat Indy, INDY, INDY at home and now are discarded because they're playing the Chiefs at home.

Mate i couldn't write off either team that easily.

I'm with Razz, I see a decent rebound by both teams, despite being up against it with difficult games next week.

As for comparing Bledsoe to Warner or Brady, Warner is a complete aberration, whereas Brady makes Joe Montana look like a chump. I'm still not sold on Bledsoe being a bust, I give him one more season.

    Actually I agree he is not a bust. 20 Td/11Int 89pt
Passer Rating. Doesn't sound like a bust to me. What I
was trying to say and I have had alot of QB's tell me
this--> It's not that hard to adjust to new receivers
cause there is such thing as practice and basic
fundamentals and if both QB&WR have both attributes
then success isn't that hard. One thing about Bledsoe
is he needs a better OFF Line,He's not mobile,he needs
a great OFF line. But as for me I would never have
Bledsoe on my team as my QB if i were a NFL GM or Coach, cuz he is too predictable, any pretty sharp
DEF coord could figure out a scheme that will stop
Bledsoe from being productive. Well keep in mind that
Dallas is ALOT BETTER this season at HOME!! and i believe
they are on the road again.

Not to mention Bledsoe has been with Glenn, and Parcells' system before.
As for being better at home, I disagree. They are 3-4 ATS on the road (3-2 ATS as an underdog). At home they are 3-3 ATS.
Washington defense can bring the pressure a lot better than Carolina, and the weather will be more to Bledsoe's liking.

I'm sorry Bledsoe fans but he is a BUM. Actually let me stop, he's not that bad, but he will surely never again get to the big show. The battle to a SUPER BOWL next year is without a doubt going through Washinton. That's right boys and girls you heard it here WASHINGTON. I think I posted before this team is a lot better than the record indicates. I know they lost but again this team could be 11-3 easy. Next year Gibbs in his 3rd year, Portis with another year under his belt, WATCH OUT.

    REDSKINS SUPER BOWL BOUND

Strongly agree. Next year is the Redskins' year. Hopefully Greg Williams stays on as D Coordinator.
Not hard to see them winning the division, in my opinion. Giants could easily lose at Oakland.

are alot better than there record indicates. You must
of hammered the skins? I bet Dallas on a teaser and it
wasn't that i was picking dallas i jusr wanted points cuz
i thought it was going 2 be a close game. good call
maybe they could make the playoffs this year they beat
    seattle earlier.
