The Meadowlands has been awarded the 2014 Superbowl. I would love to see the Dolphins and the Cards play in a blizzard.

#10The league made a special exception for the Giants and Jets to bid on the game, and supporters of both teams held their breath when Goodell made the announcement.

#13Snow will ruin the superbowl. Changes the game, game speed, strategies, nullifies the advantages that some of the "skill players" have. Taking the elements out of the game was a vital part of the super bowl imo. However, if there is one place to have a cold weather super bowl it would be ny/njComment -

#26I assumed you were from Vancouver because of your avatar. Does everyone really want to see a snowy super bowl where the ball is run 85% of the time? Receivers are nullified because the ball is too slick and they can't make their cuts. Quarterbacks can't grip the ball or see their receivers. Everyone is slowed to the speed of the linemen, who are usually the only players excited to see the snow. Like I said, I DO enjoy watching games in the snow. However, the super bowl is a one time event featuring the two best teams in football, playing to the best of their abilities. I don't want something like inclement weather to affect Peyton's passing game, or Larry Fitzgerald's ability to catch the football or have it thrown to him.Comment -

There have been some high scoring games in the snow.Comment -

#28It will make the betting more interesting. Imagine all the money put on the game before the weather is known. I'm planning for a big middle on the total.Comment -
