#143QB for the Vikings is one of the best spots to be a QB right now. Great o-line, RBs, WRs. Plus the system features what Favre has been playing most of his career. I don't see him going anywhere unless the team falls apart several years from now and another west coast offensive team emerges. So, Favre might wear some more uniforms but no time soon. Teams to consider would be Reskins, Texans, Falcons, Packers & Titans. But as you can see all of these teams are very set at QB for the foreseeable future.Comment -

The league is very QB heavy right now, and I doubt anyone will put up with the Brett circus after the next injury, if he even fully recovers from the last one.Walter forgot... when you're desperate's when you got no choice.Comment -

#152Texans Falcons Packers all have good young QBs, they will never pick up Favre. It's doubtful he'll outlast McNabb and VY may yet work out in Tennessee. If anything, they'll ship Rosenfels and/or TJax to one of those teams with the emergence of Joe Webb.

Apparently Childress, Wilf & co will "put up with the Brett circus". If you watch any of the Childress media bytes, it's clear to me that he's talking through clenched teeth when talking about Favre. I've never been impressed with Childress as a coach, but right now his coaching career is tied to Favre, which has it's positives and it's negatives.Comment -

#155Just seeing his name makes me nauseous.
Soon we will have to endure another Werder suckfest and the disingenuous bullsequel "Aw shucks, I'm a just a kid at heart" Episode V (2 years holding Green Bay hostage?, one in New York, and last year).

#158He will break George Blanda's mark by playing QB until age 48, then he will kick field goals for another decade like Blanda did. Your children/grandchildren will be able to watch Favre play live.Comment -

#162Best bet might be Washington. McNabb was healthy last year, but how often was McNabb ever healthy, even in his younger years? McNabb will probably be out of the league before Favre. But I agree with you on the others, all of them young QBs with great success already. VY might psycho himself out of the league yet, but when he gets on the field he is pure gold, it's the off-the-field stuff for him.

#166Favre already go the ankle surgery and is working out at home. He does this every year, and especially since he knows the offense, I'm sure he probably won't be back until the start of training camp at the least. He's a legend, but doesn't have to put any more wear and tear on his body than he should at his age. Even though I hate what he's become off the field, on it you can't help but love him and his excitement for the game, when you have guys like Jay Cutler with all the talent in the world and no heart. I hope he comes back!Comment
