My thoughts are that Vick will probably be released. I think he will end up somewhere where no one is thinking, like the Raiders, what are your thoughts?

#2It is really hard to say what is going to happen in Philly because no one knows where McNabb is going to play this season. Obviously his time in Philly has come and gone and both he, and the team need a change, but so far, Minny is the only team that has shown any interest in him at all, and that is ONLY if Favre retires and stays retired this season.
I do not know if Vick would want to go to the Raiders, in effect ending his career. The Raiders are not that bad of a team, but have such a horrible situation in the front office and in the coaching department that going there just about guarantees mediocrity for your career at best. I would think Buffalo would be a consideration. Cleveland, San Francisco and Washington also may be possibilities.Comment -

#8Certainly a possibility, but it becomes a question of how much the Rams have to give up. Will they give up a #2 for him? We know they will not give up the #1 spot in the draft. Both San Francisco and Seattle have 2 picks in the 1st round and a pick in the 2nd round. Fuel for thought.Comment -

#9very interesting offseason in the NFL. The defensive free agents are the strong point of this offseason. There are a lot of big names hitting the market this offseason, and rumors about those big names not re-signing with their clubs are getting bigger every day.Comment -

#10The problem is that since there is no contract, two players can be designated instead of one. That will stop a lot of players from moving. You can also bet that there will not be a lot of multi-year contracts until a new labor deal is reached.Comment -

#13So you think that the Rams would take Vick and that would turn that team around. Well, they may win 3 games with him, but it is going to take a hell of a lot more to turn that sorry franchaise around. They have won 6 games in 3 years. That is by far and away the worst record in the NFL.Comment -

#14vick is a poor passer combined with the fact that the rams have no recievers doesnt make it a good situation
he should go to the panthers, dolphins or buffalo.Comment -

#17His contract was a short term contract. The Eagles did that for a reason. To get one more season out of him and then dump him. I think McNabb also wants out. This relationship just is not working. The Eagles and McNabb have gotten the absolute minimum out of this relationship. Between 2001 and 2009, the Eagles have made 8 playoff appearances. They won the NFC East a number of times. They have played 9 playoff games at home. Yet they have only played in the Superbowl once, and lost that game. The chemistry is just not there.Comment -

#18He's bringing a lot of attention. I am ok with Mr Vick, but just don't see him being a great team leader and have doubts about his drop back passing ability. I'll just have to wait and see what happens. Glad to have him though because it does make things a bit more interesting.Comment -

#30I don't discount his value as no more than a 4th rounder simply because he has yet to prove he is capable of anything. His past of scrambling with much speed is questionable now. It's a gamble for anyone and 'we' gamblers know how that can be.Comment -

#31I never said Vick would turn the team around. I think he would be a good fit if they got him and another QB in FA. Make Vick earn the starting role. Hes going to need some time to get the rust off.Comment -
