Why didn't Denver accept the 10yard offensive holding penalty on 3rd & 5 there? Yes, the 3rd down play was an incomplete pass, but they would have put the chargers back at 3rd&15 and more importantly out of field goal range (54yarder).

Instead they decline the penalty and let them kick a 44yarder?
