    Stl -3 @ sf
How does SF get up for this game? They have to "play for their coach", and that's if they even want him to stay there. I know it's a short road fav and almost without question a very square-looking bet, but I like Jeff Fisher and the Rams to continue their momentum to earn yet another mediocre season. STL is also 4-1 in the NFC West, and handled SF in midseason.

Granted, I will say that SF has been feisty at home against teams like Zona.

Ditto here, but just when you think Fisher has a handle on things............."Kabloom". LOL.

Well, it was sort of an insult at Fisher, since he's really good at going 8-8.

SF moneyline for me. I'm basically getting plus money on a bet that says the Rams don't win four games in a row.

That's fair, but....just off memory, it does seem that during Fisher's tenure, the Rams love peaking late in the season when the games don't matter for them.

Fisher is one of those guys that does a lot of nice things. I know 2 years ago he went to visit our "troops" in the middle east and live in a tent, nice thing to do. But I also think it is time for him to hit the " broadcast booth". He just doesn't have it anymore. Be like Jimmy and Gruden and Dungy and get out before it is too late.

Yeah, although if they had a competent QB, they'd be a winning team. I suppose he's mostly why they don't have one.

I will say this in closing. I am and always have been a "die Hard Patriots" fan. But , when Tom Brady retires, Belichick might as well leave too. I mean where would he be without the best QB in the league, and one of the greatest of all time??? Let him go coach Tenn. etc., see how he does. LOL.

This line is a gift. The rams will roll through SF.

You have two teams that are playing for absolutely nothing. St. Louis layers have a lot more important things on their mind than football, like will any of their relatives houses or their own get wiped out by the terrible weather back there. This is a totally meaningless game and anyone who wagers on it is desperate.

I'm tired of this "meaningless game" premise. I won big on Week 17 last year with "meaningless games", as the Jets and Bills each had angles going strongly their way.

The Rams won their Super Bowl last week in Seattle. Take SF and the points this week.

everyone is saying week 17 has no value and I see value in 80% of the games on the card.. rather its a side or total play..

Gurley is almost their whole offense. That should make this game a pick em.

I mean where would he be without the best QB in the league, and one of the greatest of all time??? Let him go coach Tenn. etc., see how he does. LOL.
Like when Belichick went 11-5 with Matt Cassel as his QB and then flipped him for the 34th overall pick? LOL "diehard" Patriots fan..

This would be my mindset also. If there's any angle, I would expect the Rams to be flat after pouring it out for their Super Bowl last week. I'm also not a fan of the Rams w/Case Keenum winning 5 in a row + b2b away games.
