I am tempted to let it ride even though I got burned in a similar situation last time.

I was thinking of teasing CIN and Over for $1.5k or just let it ride..

I think Cincy blows them out.. Just my opinion. If it were ME, I'd throw down $1,400 on Cincy and cash the guaranteed $... but I guess it depends on the value of a buck to you. Nice bet though!

For some reason I think they stay in it and keep it respectable. Hoyer is 2-0 vs. Bengals and has been throwing well lately. 2tds for 5 straight games.

you have to hedge that a couple hundred bucks but I'd probably let it ride. MNF will be a close game. I can see texans winning outright

I don't know what your normal wager is 50$ a game? 100$? I'd definitely hedge. If you bet 1400$ on Cincy you guarantee yourself minimum 70x your original wager. Possibly 90x if Houston covers. No one can say they would say no to 70x their wager.

Except that $1400 on the Bengals money line pays a little over $200 which is certainly not 70x $24

I would hedge; make your best estimation of the probability for Cincy to cover and hedge accordingly. Or bite the bullet and sweat it. No "safe" way to go about it (or you can buy a point or two and try to middle it while hedging, but I would not recommend doing that).

Throw $1200 on Cincy -6.5pts @ $1.50
1200x1.5 =1800 -1200 = $600profit

3200-1200 =$2000 profit if cincy dont cover 10.5

If cincy win 7-10pts = $3800 profit

Use your head not emotions. You see a big payout but it's only that until you win the last leg. What's the chance Houston covers 50%. Is that good enough for you.

Green Bay lost to Detroit. It's the NFL. Someone has already advised you to get an alternative spread on Cinci assuming you have the money. Also the line is now around 12. You could take a chance and bet a few hundred on Cinci and hope the win margin is not magically 11. Strange things happen but if you have the means just hedge to guarantee yourself something.

Rule of thumb, always keep a hedge as small as possible unless something drastically changed from when the bet was placed that makes you see things differently now.
