They're gonna have to cover a number at some point. But for real, the Giants are a great bet when they "have no chance" and a great fade once they're on a roll or whatever.

I Think 7 is a big number
61/2 or 6 is very playable

Giants, Cards, San Diego.. For Giants and San Diego you have two teams playing home against teams from the other coast.. which aren't taht good. Cards vs. Lions.. Cards are pissed about their division loss, AND they're good... Lions have no shot.

Niners should stay close with the D they've been playing but no Ofense to speak of. Pretty sure cards cover easy.

Well of course they have a shot but you compare the two teams Cards trump them at just about every position, including coaching staff. They know how to win. Detroit hasn't figured it out and I doubt that they will with their current coaching staff. So, in my mind, in order for the Lions to win the Cards are gonna have to lose it. If these two teams both show up to play then the Cards will win it.

Has This Lions team really regressed this bad since last year?Did SUH leaving really hurt? They made the playoffs last year.....Drop off that badly in 1 yr?Interesting...Cards beat them by 8 LR....with no Palmer

Deteoit looked decent against Seattle in a hostile environment and should of won. They have played easily the #1 and #2 defenses in the league back to back weeks.

Well I was just crunching some numbers and I thought that the Stiller Charger game was an easy bet. Turns out that I don't think that's the case. I'm sorta leaning towards Steelers winning an upset to i'm gonna stay away. The Lions Cards game was one that I wasn't planning to bet because as you say, they're not as bad as their record. That's a no go there as well.
Looking at the Giants game.. that spread is just to much. I think i'm gonna stay away from that as well.
I am playing Cinci and Seahawks. Took cinci at +3.. line just moved there.. and also Under for the game at 43 1/2
BOL to you m8
Just to add, this is a little nuts, but in the month of October a west coast home team playing an east coast team is 6-3 over the past decade. East coast home team playing a west coast in the month of october is 6-1 over the past decade.. that's ATS for both. So it's worth a look but i'm not gonna play

Like Cincy a lot...playing some great ball at home....Besides we all know the record of losing Super Bowl Teams the following year(Seahawks fit the bill).....Steelers leaning that way...Chargers D looks pathetic this year

Injuries big key with Lions lost several defensive starters last night including both tackles and LB. Yeah kind of a big deal! Add to that Megatron has not been himself. Watch for Pettigrew status at TE this wk he is sorely missed for this offense. Far as Cards gm goes no doubt Lions outmatched here and hard to see this squad getting off mat after 0-4 start and league officials fukking them twice now in 5 games. Taking Lions here just seems like a big" gamble to me.
They were fighting for last breathe last night and that was vs a Seabags team who doesn't scare anyone offensively runs more without stretching field which is good matchup for Detroit. I don't see Palmer and that Zona offense being as accommodating especially after tough loss.

Very good point. Ngata and Walker are both hurt...and others too. Walker likely out for the season. Ebron banged up probably not gonna play.

Here are some defensive passing stats that will make people thinking backing Detroit is great idea this wk think twice. Opposing Qb's are 99/127 for 78% completion rate and 9.2 yards per attempt and giving 272 yards thru air per gm. Yikes!!

Dun do it. I ended up going with the Cards after doing some number crunching. Their D is very good. Steelers game i'm torn. I'm not gonna bet it cause I could see it going either way.
Have you taken a good look at the Giants/49ers? 49ers are atrocious and the Giants are a solid team. 49ers flyin across the country, meadowlands, +10 turnover differential in favor of Giants. ... think about it

Im going with Giants who if wasn't for Eli stopping the clock against Dallas and blowing double digits lead in game 2 should be undefeated and 9ers could be 1 of the worst teams this yr.Arizona should bounce back big...I going with Pittsburgh even without Big Ben
