Everything I've heard is that Vegas is Seattle fans by a healthy margin. There are some big plays in on Seattle, but public is all over the Pats.
Makes me remember a trend I heard about last year: When a team scores 40+ points in the playoffs (Pats scored 45 last game), they are only 30-35% ATS in the next game. One would presume this is because playoff games are high profile and a big scoring game means lots of public love (as we are seeing here) for that team in the next game.

When a line gets moved this close to kick off time...its usually sharp action...not the public. You will find that a lot of the bets on Seattle are quite substantial ie 5 figure territory...while late money on New England will be public bettors usually in the 3 to 4 figure territory....How else can you explain all this action coming down since yesterday and books are still offering pickem and plus money on Seattle?

Without even checking the numbers I know NE will be the heavy fav come kick off. Patriots, Cowboys and Green Bay are all major public teams. The average fan will be rooting for Brady. You ask 10 random people who will win the Super Bowl I'm sure you'll get 6-7 of them think the Patriots will win. You check the espn analysts, about 4 more votes went to the Patriots. The current numbers suggest the Pats have more bets according to a poster in this thread, that margin will only get wider closer to the game, there's no doubt about it, the last thing I'm concerned about is money movement because I already know where it will go, on the Pats.
