CRAZY STAT about Undefeated Teams facing Cowgirls since 1991
Since 1991 the Cowboys have ended the streak of every undefeated team they have faced that was unbeaten after midway point....HOWEVER, ALL of those teams went on to win the Super Bowl

nice try but the 5-0 Patriots played the Cowgirls in 2007 and beat their asses 48-27 and went on to lose the Super Bowl

penetrating idiots on these boards think they can make up anything these days

Nice stat. I was already thinking about playing the Cowboys at +points. Even with Matty Ice on my fantasy team I'm leaning Cowboys

Cowboys have a great pass D and are road warriors. Ryan and the Falcons will get theirs but it should be close. Only thing that scares me is how turnover prone Romo is and that ridiculous home record the Falcons have. Should be a fun game to watch regardless.

yup, i missed that. who the hell says midway point ...and the player went up and grabbed the ball at its apex

no way would i back Dallas just because of this stat. they will have the lead and fumble the ball away just like vs the Giants

so week 8 is after mid-point

                                Romo beat a 9-0 Peyton in 2006 and a 13-0 Brees in 2009. Forget about Aikman/Beuerlein in 1991, it's ancient history.

That's 2 nice wins. thatopmoron has a point about the 5-0 pats, the OP is making this stat out to be more than it is.

If you like that stat, here's another on you'll like: Tony Romo has never lost to the Atlanta Falcons. He's 2-0.

I found another goofy stat. Romo is 12-1 against the NFC South in his career. Romo is 19-20 against the NFC East.

Wow, I found yet another gem about Romo. This guy is a goofy stat machine.

In November, Romo is 21-3. Compare that to his October 13-16 and December 10-15. WTF?!

theres a reason why he's 12-3.....some of these statistics just hold true. im on dallas + points this weekend. wouldn't waste my time with ML.

Romo's passer rating against Atlanta is 127.7, in those two games, that's the highest for Romo against any team.

Keep in mind, I'm on Atlanta this weekend, but these goofy stats really make me scratch my head and laugh.

He did not say anything about this week based upon the stat.

He was just point out a stat.

If Atlanta wins the super bowl the stat is still interesting.

It would read: Since 1991, every undefeated team to play Dallas past week 8 went on to win the Super Bowl.
