Example on pinnacle for a particular event your limit is 500 dollars per bet, could you then make the same single bet with the highest limit multiple times?

I believe you either have to wait until the line changes OR...

Wait until closer to gametime when limits should be exponentially higher.

i dont have an account with pinnacle, but most books have limits on early(pre-game day wagers). on game day most books will let you get up to $10,000 action.
