If you don't post above the minimum characters your posts won't count for pts. Also, posters who just show up to cash in pts for the days are turned off eventually. Posting points are for forum participants. There are other ways to get free points like http://contests.sbrforum.com.

You can click on the little +(gold coin) on each post at the bottom and give someone points and yes if you click on your "My Points" you will see a transfer option.

No, unless someone at your home or work also has an account. I have posted from several different locations, however my girlfriend logged in one time to her account from my home and they stopped giving her points. Not really a big deal since she only logs on once every couple of months.

That was an old post and it is now the Daily 6 points... in the past it was 7, but they took out the extra point for sub-forum posts.
