Also one other question, in the Be a Pro section is says to sign up with a sportsbook using the SBR promo links. Where would I find those promo links?

Unfortunately, US is one of the countries that can't use moneybooker. Regarding your concern to become a PRO, you can't go pro via sportsook but you can have the Charity Donation which is the option for US players to join Pro. Here's the link

Well, moneybookers is a money wallet available for most countries, USA included. However, USA accounts cannot use moneybookers to transfer to sportsbooks or casinos. If you want moneybookers to have it as alternative to paypal for your ebay store, you can do it.

So in USA can you use moneybookers skrill ewallet account for personal account ( use ) but only to send money to other people or buy from ebay or an shop and not to tranfer or receive money from casino or bookmaker. Right I understand ?
