Mississippi State -7 over the Vols

This play looks like a winner to me. Bit of an overreaction from the public here following the Tennessee win over Florida. Mississippi State is the much better and deeper team. The Bulldogs nearly knocked off a really good Baylor team in Dallas as they came up 2 points short so they are legit. I don't really see how Tennessee will be able to match up with Miss State's frontcourt.

Expecting a big effort from the Bulldogs tonight in their home opener for conference play.

Yeah, they looked good in the Maui Classic and have looked like shit ever since until the last game VS. the Gators.

Off a big win, I am kind of expecting them to fall back off on the road tonight.

Jarnell Stokes is cleared to play tonight. However, I don't think he is going to get in the game. I think he may see the floor on Saturday though. It will be interesting to see how much he helps.
