Still trying to sort the wheat from the chaff with respect to NCAAB, right now I think I'd have more luck trying to pick this weekends lottery numbers, but I'm keen to hear your thoughts on St Josephs -4 at home to Drexel, and Boise St -5.5 at home to Drake.

NC St didn't handle Tex or Princeton that easily and Indiana has been blowing out these weaker teams. I'm wondering why you think NC St in this one?

Possible play on Drexel +4.5 I know St. Joseph is a good team, but I think Drexel will keep this one close.

I think it's a tough matchup for Indiana. IU still has a ways to go.

NC ST has a lot of gelling to do also they have a lot of talent but have only played 6 games for their new coach and while they are improving they are not there yet. IU seems to have their act together more at this point, so they are my pick here. It should be a competitive game though.

After saying yesterday that I don't bet on overs and unders, I decided to go the over on Wisconsin/North Carolina game.

Badgers have good perimeter shooters, Tar Heels perimeter defence is suspect. Conversely Tar Heels are good in the paint where Badgers will likely get exposed.

Time will tell whether that analysis holds true.

NC state hits free throws all game and misses three 1-1s in the last couple minutes to keep from stretching the lead out

big shots from iu and the softest flagrant foul I've ever seen helped them seal it.

Thoughts on George Washington +11 @ Kansas State?

That seems to be the best of a limited book for me.

Possibly Georgetown +7.5 vs Alabama, the Hoyas have been good to me this year but this is their first big road challenge of the season given the neutral court in Maui when they took it to Kansas so might watch from the sidelines and see how they go.

george washington game will be competitive if they knock down some 3 balls. kansas st is a young team but they do a good job of taking care of the basketball and have a good coach.

I'm wary of using offshore bookies though given exchange rates etc, hence only signed up with a local one. I play pretty big in our winter for the Australian Rules football so NCAAB is only a bit of fun.
