im on LIU, there usually good for 80 points, while there also not usually playing a D as good as UNC i figured they should score at least 70 tn meaning uNC will need about 90 to cover

UNC plays street ball. They run up and down the court and make cool dunks that end up on sportscenter. Fans love that but a tomahawk dunk is worth the same amount of points as a layup. UNC is overrated and I'm thinking the same thing as you but I know nothing about LIU.

My bet is Washington Huskies over UNC in round 2.

UNC could very well put up 90+ points against LIU lets say mid season. Its the tournament and LIU knows that their going to have to play some sort of defense to keep this game close. The up tempo mentality will definitely be there for both teams tonight but my guess is that there just won't be enough time left for UNC to cover the 17+ points in the end. LIU is a very talented on the offense end but lack any sort on defense tremendously. An underdog team that has beaten pretty much no one all season but just put up a ton of points against a "talented' famous basketball program only favored by 17 points? Seems fishy to me and I've actually watched this LIU team a few times this year and will be able to hang with UNC for the majority of the game and maybe squeak out the upset at the end.

Washington is a team I was looking to PLAY based on matchups

Yea i have washington in my elite 8 in the bracket... I really think they beat UNC but they gotta take care of business tonight.

i got a 4 team parlay going 3 games hit last night cincy ml ucla ml and kstate -2, all i have left is LIU +17.5 it pays 10-1 and im not hedging it with unc, im confident theyll play them tough and in the end i can see them losing by 10-13, if they dont win, i too am excited to hop on washington ML vs UNC assuming washington gets by georgia

I don't know -- with as many points as there will be in this one, I could see it looking good for the majority of the game, then North Carolina winning by 20 at the end.

I like the over -- could see about 165 scored in this one. 92-73 Carolina.

Washington has to be one of those teams. They are obviously more talented than Georgia, but they went through a brutal stretch this season, especially away from home.

Once again I agree completely. The line is set very low in my opinion and it should be another 2-3 points higher. Actually surprised that the line went down half a point instead of up. This is definitely a trap game and the line isn't giving anything away. If you carefully look at Georgia's last 10 games or so you can't really point out anything impressive. Washington will be able to put up their 70 points and Georgia don't score at will like teams in the Pac 10. Georgia would prefer to slow down the tempo and use the full 35 seconds or so. This will be able to keep the Huskies in reach for only a short period of time. Washington will out rebound, score their points, be able to dip into the bench for some help and lastly out class the Bulldogs.

Not going to touch this game with such a sort line to a Washington team that have Sweet 16 maybe even Elite 8 potential. Line seems very fishy and the obvious play for me would be Washington but i'll lay off it.
