Be careful. Georgia Tech is a young team, and it certainly shows on the road......but they have been holding their own at home and feeding off the energy of the home crowd.

They beat:

- Wake Forest by 35 (yes WF isn't good...but impressive nonetheless)
- North Carolina by 20
- Richmond by 13

Also lost by 1 to a SOLID Georgia Bulldog team.

I'm actually going to ride the home team here. Still debating whether I take the 3 points or go ML.

they were getting romped by 16 then like you said- they imploded- due to some bad coaching and ill-advisesd shots, star player for tech misses a shot with a couple seconds left and they have to foul- unc makes their freethrows. end up losing by 3.

GT/ UNC is a different story.

tech scored 25 points off 18 unc turnovers and unc shot 27 percent from the field. heels committed 21 fouls and shot 16 percent from behind the arc and barnes only scored 3 times from the field.

I remember watching the GT/UNC game and thinking on both counts that UNC looked really bad, and GT looked really good.
GT pressured the ball very well that night, creating alot of turnovers....and shot exceptionally well.

GT is very inconsistent at this point, but has shown MUCH MORE consistency on their home floor, like many young talented teams do.
