anyone know the rational that in the kine system that the team has to be playing at home? It would make more sense to be for the team to be on the road if you are betting against the fav.

4-1 today??? there was only 2 plays today One was Bradley +8 or 7.5 a Winner, if you decided 179 rank is as bad as 180. 2nd game was MD Baltimore county +8.5 if your book had a line. Most did have it and it lost. So it was a 1-1 day or 0-1 day if you didn't play Bradley.

I have used the system as you are saying in my time by taking the home dog over 6.5 and outside of 180 but it never brings home anything special and alot of teams just get blown right out more for some reason.. The idea of taking the away team is because the crowds at these games we back are not so involved in the game as there team most likely sucks already and the other reason being that as it draws closer to the end of reg season the home team are not as pumped to come out and destroy the other team because they have nothing to prove as they proven all season they suck! As for the away team all we need them to do is care a little.. The theory is that Vegas doesn't adjust there lines accordingly at the end if the season just because the home teams crowd won't be in the game or the team is down on morale

It's a percentage rating of some kind, i can't seem to find ledger on his website that tells you about that column.

Basically, "Thrill Factor" is Ken's answer to a formula to figure out what games will be exciting to watch.

The higher the thrill the factor, the more enjoyable the game should be...and the thrill factor is generally higher when the game scoring will thought to be higher.

I've found over the years...NCAABB has been very hot and cold for me...I don't bet on it before January anymore...and my favorite time is Mid Feb to the end of the conference tournaments.

Hopefully it picks back up soon. Winning % went from 67% over my first 70 games I played, down to about 42% over the last 40...ugh haha

Yeah should be interesting, I swear there were more plays last year, this year it's been pretty quiet thus far.. Ive got holidays from work in February so hopefully some plays will show up and we make some $$

Hey Heandog, hope u had a good holiday! yes everyone has given up on this thread and the kine system became too hard to track the record as there was plays that the line came out late, or plays were it moved in under 6 etc etc, but the record wouldnt be much better than 1 win more than losses, the other day it went 3-2-1.. Todays plays as I see them is East Mich, Jack St, Sacramento st, Idaho st, UMKC.
