I do a lot of research on this stuff during the offseason to prepare for the next season. The preseason top 25 for Mid Major poll will come later tonight. I always think that ones more fun to do! Undecided about Virginia Tech,Temple,Northern Iowa,Lousiville,St.Johns,Mississippi State,Minnesota,. I can very well make room for other teams. If you have any insights on team syou t hink should be included. Let me no and give me a short reason on why.

Where's Wisconsin?
Everybody always under estimates them. There unreal at home and bo ryan is a great coach.

Villanova, ohio st. should be higher, some great freshman coming in for both teams!

100% right man its hard noticing every team but im not quite sure Wisconsin is gonna be near as strong as OSU and Uof I next year in the big ten. Nova im gonna let them fall into there place.

Well there either gonna flop next year or be very talented. They were my sleeper last summer to win the A-10. Didnt win the A-10 but did very well like I thought they would. The picked up 2 chicago players this year for there recruiting. Didnt recruit the strongest talent but didnt need to much talent for this year. With the entire team returning. There chicago kids though so they can defintly play

My computer is still down though on a friends now. So still cant get around to updating. Just reading up on the coaching changes mostly now. Kentucky could be moving up depending if they get a hold of Brandon Knight, Josh Selby or Doron Lamb.

yep your correct. Take a look at who they recruited last year. And look at there rankings. There gonna be a more experienced team this year. My problem with GMU is that they turn the ball over a shitload though. So im banking on them having better ball control with eachother next year

Preseasons polls mean a lot Take a look at which teams made the final 4 and which teams were in the preseason top 10.


Singler is gonna be a big deal but you also have to take into consideration that. Kyrie Irving and Seth Curry are gonna be joining next year and both are excellent players

Talent-wise, I like these rankings, but Illinois is too high, and I'm a big Illini fan. Until McCamey decides to respect the coaching staff, they aren't top 15 material. McCamey will be the leader of the team (no way he enters draft, he won't be a projected 1st rounder) and the team will be playing lots of freshmen and sophomores who aren't going to try to take the leadership role with McCamey still on board (even though he's not much of a leader, I just don't see any of them trying to take that role from him).

Basically, if McCamey and Weber are not on the same page, Illinois won't be top 15.

Nice thoughts sir. Much aprreciated. Im an Illini fan also. Im more so inclinded to think this team will stay in the top 15 for the year though. There gonna be playing a powerful Big Ten with lots of ranked teams. Purdue,MSU,OSU and who knows Penn State might slip in with Talor Battles brother joining the team, and Wisconsin could be back again to. But 4 of them will be ranked all year.


Illinois has such a great class of talent coming in. But I think I left Michigan State out of my top 25 field roflmao . Thats gotta be fixed up. But ill move Illinois down a few spots and respect it.
