Movement like that often seems like larger than it really is. At the same time, very clear someone overbet it and then someone else came in and corrected the overreaction.

or someone saw their odds drop from 30-1 to 21-1 and figured to pull the trigger on WVU...when I think WVU sports I think of choke artists, them and gtown.
