                Good point. Excellent analogy.

                Hedging for hedging sake means the original bet was a mistake in terms of money management.

                      Not when it's a parlay that pays out so tremendously.

                      Whether it's a 3:1 parlay or 25:1 like this one, you hedge if given the opportunity IMHO.
