think roch is going to come through today. generally when we capped similarly mostly he's came through in a big way; only when i follow him against my capping do roch have negative plays

St. Joe still has a chance people. I didn't get on it, but only being down 11 at the half is absolutely nothing. Way crazier shit happens almost everyday.

i'm very impressed with roch's record. However i suggest everyone to either follow ALL of roch's play (with solid money management) or cap yourselves. If you follow the Roch you better hit the refresh buttons because many of his last minute/add in plays are just money. I suggest anyone who wants to win long term to learn to handicap yourselves. It's more gratifying. If you ask around on the blogs many people can give you advice that can help you do so.

Yeah of course they still have a chance, but man going 11 mins without scoring? i doubt they will recover and cover such a small spread of 4.5.

it varies by days though reason i jumped on roch for a couple of days is because he outperformed me the night before . but then that day happen to be my hot day and i lose out while roch got cold. that's why i suggest if you follow roch to use money management and follow him long term. he is an excellent capper.
