Butler has been really unimpressive thus far. Butler already two losses to Clemson and Minnesota and just 3-5 ATS. Georgetown has dominated cupcakes in their last four games and own a dominant win at Tulane and a really brutal win against Temple. This is not the Butler team we have seen in years past. The defense isn't there and they continue to take bad shots. Howard and Hayward have been solid all year but they draw a very tough matchup with Monroe. Georgetown better defensivley and should control the pace of this game. Also, solid on the boards which I think is where this game is decided. All in all this is a down year for Butler and I think they fall here.

Should be the right play but its risky. You never know how Georgetowns going to shoot it. There are better bets out there. Good luck though

so you got butler smack? hard to tell what you mean here. initially i liked g-town then i noticed they havnt played any1. butler has started kind of slow but they have been playing legit competition at least. also was real surprised when i saw gtown was rankled so high they feel a bit overrated to me how you get to be #13 w/o playing any1? only gm i saw them play was against a temple team on a down year and they didnt impress

That's how the polls work...if you don't lose, no matter who you play, you're going to go up as others lose. They are certainly not the 13th best team in the country, and probably not a top 25 one. But at the same time, Butler hasn't really beaten anyone notable, either.

I'm going to go ahead and add a few.

George Mason +3.5 (TheGreek) to win 2 Units
George Mason one of the biggest home court advantages in the country. Dayton no real way to score other then Wright and Johnsons. George Mason deeper then Dayton, lot of value on the number. Remember in that GW loss Mason was banged up.

Miami Ohio +4 (Bodog) to win 2 Units
Miami Ohio always tought at home and always play great defense at home. Temple really misses Christmas and can't find a way to score without them. They have no reliable 3pt game yet continue to settle for jumpshots and refuse to get to the line. This will be a brutal game probably played in the 40's/50's and I love the home team getting 4 here.

Illinois -3.5 (Matchbook) to win 2 Units
Illini should be on an upswing this year. After two bad losses to Bradley and Utah and a blow out in the first half of Clemson they got their shit together in the second half rallying back from down 22 to beat Clemson. Vandy is a bit overvalued here this line should be closer to 6. Ogilvy has had his problems this year and if you look at Vandys notable wins they are all against teams that likes to run. Illini will try to buckle down and play defense and I think this turns out like the Vandy/Cincy game.

Northern Iowa -10.5 (5 Dimes) to win 2 Units
Iowa sucks, it can't be put any other way. Northern Iowa with much more experience and the much better team here. Iowa needs to get red hot from 3 to give them a shot here and thats never easy away from your home floor. Expecting No Iowa to win this one very comfortably. Iowa probably worst BCS school in the country.

Pittsburgh/Indiana Under 132 (5 Dimes) to win 3 Units
Pitt still defensive minded, Indiana can't score against good defensive teams. Neither team has a natural scorer that they go to consistently. I will be shocked if Indiana gets out of the 50's and Pitt gets over 75. This has 63-53 written all over it.

Even though Georgetown hasn't played anybody, them being undefeated and Butler having two losses plus a couple of narrow wins over Evansville and UCLA means they have to be the dog here.

a false statement. this is butlers strongest team in a while. yea they lost sum early ones but those were decent teams n they usually get better as the season goes on. n on neutral court butler is capable of beating anyone, 2006 nit tipoff beat tennesse n gonzaga.
