I wasn't real high on zona for much of the year cause I question their ability to score in gms they not gettin transition hoops from their defense. Still a concern but they so athletic I think they clap down on wiscy and score just enough to clip them..

Zags been 1 of best teams in country all season. I agree they the play but I don't want the points. My only problem is u suggesting duke "chokes" here, losing to a team the caliber of zags in elite 8 is far from choking.

Wisconsin is an incredible team, Arizona is a very good team
yeah, thinking about it there is no reason to think that the Duke team will or not choke, they are a young team
and past history has nothing to do with it, so that is a good point.
Well how often do you get the teams with all the 7 footers, the shooters, top assists teams and best low post game

Wiscy really good, no doubt. Really wouldn't be a surprise to me if either won.

Wiscy certainly won't make many bad plays that allow zona transition. Zona is still prone to scoring droughts when forced to get everything in the half court so there be emence pressure on the defensive end to limit the most efficient offense in the country.

Whoever wins will make for a great final 4 opponent for uk. I'm a sucker for d so lean zona but can't fault yA for liking wiscy

Choking just a poor choice of words once u get this far. I reserve that label for teams gone by end of 1st weekend (basically duke every other yr or 2). The way Utes size limited okafor I think extremely telling for this zags matchup. Like Utes they have 2 legit big boys down low that can bang w the freshman, unlike Utes the zags have one of the best offenses in the country, duke has failed to reach 70 in 3 of last 4 only doing so vs a 16 seed. If they held under 70 again zags will be going to Indy..

This elite 8 is gonna be tight. How do you think Notre Dame is gonna do against size, I like the Notre Game guards but one of them plays a little out of control. They also spread teams out, which is a good matchup against Kentucky.
Interesting that Kentucky has played two of the worst offenses you can watch, and now they match up against a team that executes superbly. Also I would wanna play a half court game. Notre Dame also needs to help their point bring the ball up court a little better,

Treys the great equalizer so I guess they have a punchers chance but I'm talking slim. Not only would nd have to be lighting it up from 3, I believe those 3s would mostly have to be from way deep as uk is more than capable of extending their d out past the 3 point line.

Honestly I think cats defense is so good that a offensive team like the Irish have little to no chance. Uk gonna get theirs whether simply scoring on a soft d or crushing nd on the boards for easy put backs. Basically uk's points will come easy while nd gonna have to work for everything they get..

IMO The only teams that gonna give uk a battle are 2 incredibly balanced teams wiscy/zags, balanced as in multiple scoring threats and play both ends of court, or zona who can come close to matching uk defense and athleticism.

I don't buy ville over spArty but I had uni beating ville and I paid a hefty sum underestimating them already. Didn't touch ncst gm cause who the hell trust them? Now fighting izzo's a team I always trust and can get behind to get rid of a ville team I'm still not sold is very good..
