    Does SMU stop UConn's run?
This line opened at -3 in favor of SMU, and is now down to -2.5. I am hoping this line continues to drop as I am strongly considering playing SMU. UConn was lucky to survive over the past 2 games, and SMU is certainly a less forgiving team.

I also like the revenge aspect, as UConn knocked off SMU just about 10 days ago in Hartford (Which I was on UConn ML for). With the Mustangs getting screwed out of the tournament last year, I expect them to finish strong, dominate UConn in the paint, and ultimately end UConns run.

    Thoughts on this game?

Uconn on a mission.....haven't played well the last two games and wound up winning. This happens every year with a team or two. It's destiny. Tennessee comes to mind last year ...Careful

no its called playing in your gym for no deserving reason against offensively challenged teams. it a joke this tourney is played in ucon's gym and smu will end that today, they on a mission themselves and it dates back to getting hosed after losing to ucon in the conf tourney last yr (again @ucon for no apparent reason). this year smu returns the favor and bounces ucon out of the dance while taking the spot the committee screwed them out of last yr..

Agree have no clue why this Fukkin team gets home court for the conf. Tourney they'd be out of the tourney already if not for the home crowd.

its retarded. not sure why the logistics would be different to have it at a neutral site for every team but ucon? i guess it just a money grab and based off the teams in conf and how spaced out it is they just put it wherever they think attendance be best. if ya not gonna do a neutral site the least you could do is let the team who wins the reg season host.

UConn & Michigan State, two teams I hate betting against in tournaments.

Saying that, I still have to play SMU -2.5 today

he been really good last couple gms. especially late. that said during the yr i see him make questionable decision followed by poor shot selection and outside of him ucon isnt scoring. i cant see a really well coached really good smu defense letting him beat them. plus there this whole thing where if ucon scores anywhere near the clip they have the last few i dont think they will be around late to steal it against the 1st solid offensive team they have faced.. it is in ya'lls gym for some unexplainable reason and they have received their share of home cooking thus far, certainly wont be easy for smu but i think last yrs demons enough motivation to end this little run.

clearly home court has been kind to us. instead of agreeing with you though, from the perspective of a UConn fan, why not take advantage of it? I mean it was put in Hartford after terrible attendance figures in Memphis, and if UConn wasn't in it anymore it would be empty today. I agree that it needs to be in some neutral court, but why not take advantage of it while we can lol

certainly not faulting the fans. lol.. i would think that decision was up to ppl w/o such a bias but maybe not based on what is going down in the American as Connecticut conference where clearly they the most powerful program and dont mind telling us every year with this exhibition. no wonder the committee has no respect for this group, lol..

I'd say it evens out today. Homecourt advantage but you're playing your 4th game in a row. With that being said, SMU all the way.

Don't really care about the American League, but it is bullshit where the tournament is played. Especially considering most of the teams in the conference are located in the south but they choose the northern most arena to play it. I'd be pretty pissed if the big ten plays it's conference tournament at Columbus every year.

no shit, i ate the juice so not even worried about the spread and even played a little bit back on ucon 2nd half with the big middle opp, but if this bs continues and smu is 3rd team in 3 days to blow a gm against these scrubs it gonna really fukk up my week. banking on smu being the 1st team that is in this spot and has a capable enough offense to make a few hoops and hold off this late charge by these assholes..
