Does Iowa St get revenge and blow out Texas Tech this go round.... Even though I think the 16 is kind of high.
Good work LT I just started paying attention to ya a few days ago, keep up the good work!

Could be but Texas Tech figures to have the edge in offensive rebounds and they could use those second chances to milk more clock. I get that Iowa State is better at everything else and is usually great at home, but I wouldn't chance laying 16 myself. Not that I ever give double-digits in any game anyway.

LT, any thoughts on Illinois +9? MSU is winning games, but not blowing teams out by any means (particularly at home), all of their games seem close. Neither team has much of an inside presence.

I actually lean MSU, but not enough to bet. Illinois has a mediocre effective field goal percentage of 49.5 percent and figures to get practically no second chances in this game as they are 246th in offensive rebounding% and Sparty is ninth in defensive rebounding%. Illinois shoots threes well (37.3%) but MSU is better (39.3%) albeit on fewer attempts. MSU is a lot better though in two-point % and assists-to-made field goals ratio.

Help me understand this Cal play LT, The bruins have beaten some high quality teams recently including Stanford on the road, Cal nearly losing at home to a terrible USC squad..

I got UCLA -2, opened -4. Cal isn't that good and UCLA has been playing pretty well lately. Why Cal, I was looking at UCLA

UCLA is not good on the road, I don't suddenly expect them to cover twice in a row on the road after going 1-8 ATS in their last nine roadies before that. UCLA is shooting 36.9% on the road this year, their strengths are not turning the ball over and offensive rebounding. But that rebounding should get neutralized here because Cal is third in the entire country in defensive rebounding%, and Cal is actually tied with UCLA in offensive turnover% so Bruins don't figure to have usual edge there either.

I understand but UCLA is a young team and they are playing much better now and I've seen Cal play and they are pretty bad at times and have no talent. Hard to bet on shitty teams that have trouble scoring, the fact that the lined opened higher then it should leads me to believe UCLA is the right side. GL to you.
