What's your reason on the Toledo pick? My thoughts are going with Akron based on their tough defense against a Toledo team that can't seem to not turn the ball over. My only skepticism is Akron's inexperience in their first conference road game happens to be against the other number 1 preseason pick for the MAC.

Toledo has faced a much tougher schedule. Also Akron 3-point defense is not good, ranks 271st at 36.4% while Toledo is 42nd in 3-point offense at 38.0%. And look for a bounce after Akron made an anomalous 60.7% of their 2-point shots while beating Western Michigan last game, Zips are still just 252nd in 2-point percentage at only 45.2%.

I think Monmouth has the slight edge considering they are well rounded offensively. Quinnipiac can't shoot for shit, and they're only offense is through the post and pulling in the rebounds from their bricks.

That's just it though, Quinnipiac should dominate the boards on both ends in this game, that is probably the main thing holding me back.
