I was thinking the same thing, at first.

But it looks like Penn State might be a little banged up, with two of their main players nursing injuries last game. Scout the Penn State injury report, if you want to handicap this game.

Also consider that Florida is beastly at home this season, with only one loss at home all year. Florida is looking good right at the right time. Factor in tournament experience, it's hard to bet against them in this game.

I do think that's a ton of points, but I'm laying off this game. Something about this game just stinks to me.

Florida all the way. I'm not advocating y'all to bet big, because i bet the same amount every game. But Florida at home plays great 3 point defense, and that's what a banged up Penn St. team wants to do. Penn St. has no dribble/drive action. Penn St. won last games shooting 3's (45%vs Rhode Island)&(46%vs. George Mason) lights out, and that never last. Expect blow out

I'm a Gator fan and I've watched most of their games and they are soft as cotton inside. They are really missing bigs on the interior. They lost several games on last second shots because of lack of focus. This team is helter skelter and it's hard to know which will show up. On a great day they could probably beat any team in the nation but most days they have lapses which let opponents come back. Home cooking is huge because they shoot much better. UF struggles against physical teams that can out rebound them.

I haven't seen much of PSU and I don't know if they are physical or not. If they are not and are a finess team then UF will probably cover. If they are a bang you physical team than UF is in trouble. This is a no play for me because UF is like the Clippers. Frustration waiting to happen. GL

Florida has the advantage in Points per game, Field Goal %, Free Throw %, Rebounding and on the Bench.

Penn State only has advantage with defense and turnovers.

Florida is missing no key players.

Penn State has two players with injuries:
Jamelle Cornley is Questionable and scores 13.9 per game.
Taylor Battle is Probable and scores 17.3 per game. Even if he does comes back, this is from a hip injury.

I'm taking Florida to cover 10.

Florida is crazy winners at home. Locked on Florida with the -10.5. Gainsville is not pretty for the opposing teams. Count on then to take advantage of the Lions' injuries as well. BOL everyone.

The odds are huge @ +550. I think either Penn State comes out and gets the job done, or comes out flat and mails it in. The injuries are either a factor or not. Florida either comes to play or not. I'm still not playing this game, but if I was, I'd take a flier on the ML. Either Penn State gets blown out or they pull the upset.

I suppose a guy could play a huge polish middle on this one and take Florida -10.5 and Penn State ML. This seems like an insane perfect opportunity to do this. Unfortunately, I don't have the insanity to sweat this kind of bet out tonight. lmao
