I'm taking West Virginia no matter what they set the line at, and I'm expecting WV -5 or so.

Flynn and Devendorf played like 100 minutes each the last two nights.

This will Syracuse's 3rd game in 3 days. Those guys have to be tired. They'll have less than 20 hours and then they have to play another 40 minute game. Think about it. For those of you who have played sports and know how hard it is to play two games on two consecutive days, think about their situation. They essentially played 3/4 of another game because of the 6 OTs. That's almost 4 games in 3 days. That's really tough. I'm taking WV regardless. Syracuse has to be tired and they should be.

thanks to Syracuse and UConn, I slept about 3 and a half hours.

The Kid, it's more like 17 hours between games

dont forget....even though syracuse played 6 overtimes....WVU has also played the last 2 days too....and funny things happen with syracuse in the garden in the big east tourney

Seeing West Virginia -6.5, seems steep to me. Not touching this game, who knows how Syracuse will play this game as they will be in the NCAA Tourney anyways.

What do you have it at? I think Cuse +7 is a great bet man... I also like the under... Cuse showed tremendous heart last night and they handled them decisively in the first game which was at home and this is basically a home game for them...

it is not a home game.

Syracuse has a lot of fans, but MSG is not a home game for them. They aren't exactly close to it. 4 and a half hours away.

What's funny is West Virginia is favored by 1.5 points MORE than UConn was favored by.

I have been to the coaches vs cancer games at MSG... Its is LIKE a home game... WAY more Cuse fans than WV...

I was all set to jump on WV this morning, until I saw that ridiculous line. These are friggin' college kids, not 60 year old men. Tired or not, you've got to think Syracuse has a great shot at covering. Hell, a crappy Georgia team won 4 games in 3 days last year! I'm liking Syracuse +7 (3 units). The 1st half under looks good too, but my sportsbook doesn't have up 1st half lines yet

Throwing in some food for thought. Bob Huggins saw that 6 OT game too. WV will press the hell out of Syracuse tonight. They'll be gassed by HT.

Syracuse has a lot of fans in the northeast.

You could say all their northeast games are like home games.

They're not. Just because they have more fans than the other team doesn't mean it's like a home game.

Cuse plus the points is the only way I can take this game....I have played sports myself, and adrenaline surges come and go, the impact from them are much less on the 18-19-20 yr olds than it is on older players, I do not see them running out of gas, if anything, I would look for a low scoring first half from them and then take off in the second. Either way, they are the better team right now, trying to predict physical exhaustion points is a slippery slope.

too many unknowns in this game for me..... I love to watch both of these teams so I look forward to the matchups..... should be a classic big east battle

I liked WV before Syracuse played last night. I know alot of people are saying how tired they'll be after 6 OT's, but I'm not buying it. Syracuse makes a game of it.

That being said, I still put a small bet on WV -6.5
