had a nice turn out with precipitation yesterday and i think came away with some pretty solid plays, i doubt anyone played the card i did but that typical as i play a ton of games didnt go bad for me, not great, few bounces and it been a really nice day..just now getting started on card and think it looks like a bunch more plays for me before all is said and done, lol.. only played one so far but wanted to get the thread started so everyone can start posting thoughts on games they like...

loyola marymount-2.. they come into today off a tough 4 gm trip losing them all, portland off the upset of the overrated zags. portland always been a team i like at home much more than the road as they play in a tough little gym which a nice adv to them, there not a lot to go off with them on the road this season as they have been home for a month and havnt played many true road games. port did beat this team twice last season but i think they now play at more of a pace to loyola's liking, think we will get a uptempo gm where loyola will have the opportunity to get some good looks at the basket and snap their 4 game skid..

lean under in the osu/minny gm.. like it at the 132.5 it sits at now but wondering if it might go up a little more?

Looking at Tulsa and UIC. Would like to take USF as a home dog, but you never know which BYU team shows up.

Is UConn a play at Memphis.

LBst/ucsb ov 133.5... both teams have played a incredibly tough schedule especially pertaining to defensive teams, lbst in particular playing the 2nd toughest adj defense schedule in the country, ucsb not far behind and they still have very good offensive efficiency ratings..think they both will thrive offensively playing against below avg defenses here, as long as lbst can hang around i think even with a somewhat slow pace enough shots drop to get this gm over, of coarse if lbst cant stay in the gm we may have a problem but line feels like they will be close enough at the end..

i guess ya almost gotta take ucon or nothing, not a huge fan of their team but they do play really tight games for the most part so the points seem like the right way to go.. mem is mem, either the coach or kids he recruits but they never have a high hoops iq and are piss poor ft shooters.. id say ucon with the points for sure and maybe sprinkle ml even.. i hate popular doggies tho!

i was looking to play denver and the line took off on me, it was baorder line at -7.5 for me and now it -9.. i still think they the right side as that a tugh place to play and i think strength of schedule tells the story in this gm..maybe it will go back down with ppl seeing the team with the pretty record catching so many points..

i lean sf but if the total drops any more i think ill take the over instead .. surprised it dropping considering the games these 2 played last year, actually like it now at 160 but wouldnt hurt my feelings if it went down little more.. agree with you it dons or nothing tho..

i think it a pretty good number.. kenpom put it at 140 and i wasnt that much different.. pace might be there but prefer both defenses over offenses in this one..

i think i like vandy as well, maybe more accurately i like the idea of fading mizzou.. not sure i trust vandy but again mizzou as road favs seems little off..

The biggest angle I like is the fact that this is UTEP's first road game after the 3 suspensions (including leading scorer McKenzie Moore). MTSU is one of the biggest home court advantages in the nation and that should play a huge role in this spot. The Blue Raiders gaining confidence hitting conference play w/ 3 straight wins. This is the second game of 3 game home-stand in conference with a great opportunity to start conference 4-0.

UTEP plays very solid defense but they turn the ball over at an alarming rate and MTSU is one of better squads in forcing turnovers. They will own the glass on both ends on the court, and create a ton of second shot opportunities. Tim Floyd plays that zone that will even create more chances for second chance points.

Expect a lot of one and done's for the Miners in this one, which could become quite frustrating with MTSU getting the second chance points on the other end. Along w/ the mental state of the Miners during this FBI investigation.

I'm assuming its a RAS play with the drastic line move.

Vandy has been playing better as of late and its always a difficult place to play. Mizzou form entering this matchup is unimpressive to say the least. 1-1 in the SEC needing OT to beat Georgia @ home and snuck by Auburn by 2 on the road. B2B SEC road game against a team that's 0-2 with 2 tough losses in conference @ Bama by 5 and against UK by 9 (in a game that was closer than the score indicates). They will be desperate for a win in this spot.

They struggled early in the season due to a big injury to C Josh Henderson and then one of their better players got kicked off the team early January. It seems that have put that behind them and Stallings has them playing much better. Both squads play solid defense and can be sloppy with the rock. Mizzou does have edge on Glass and from the line, but I look for Vandy to play motivated behind their home fans and come out with the victory.

Im not much of parlay guy as too many things have to go right that have nothing to do with each other. I'll play parlays in the same game sometimes because both plays directly impact each other.

I obv like MTSU since I'm laying the #, I'd be surprised if ASU goes into UA and leaves with a win. Although they do have one of my top 10 favorite players in Jahil Carson. I honestly have no opinion on UNC Greensboro/Citadel.

I mean I think they win by DD, but never would advise betting after the move.

Normally If I miss a 2 point move like that I'll only bet 0.5 instead of the full unit.

OK - I've done pretty well with college hoops ml parlays this season.
I usually take 3-4 favorites of anywhere from -6 to -10.
Tonight I've got 3 of them. I'm tailing you on MTSU - usually not a good idea when not familiar with teams, but looks like you've done the HW on this. Appreciate the rationale behind your play.
