Just read your SOS. It is puzzling here for me. Looking at the trends and consensus on covers it points me to Indiana State. Plus with the line movements it points me to Indiana State.
Illinois State can score a ton of points. So if Indiana St wants to win its going to have to be a low scoring game, blue ISU can't score 70+ too often. Manny Aarop will have to play good along with Odum. Also IF your book posts an over/under.
Last year at home against Illinois State Jake Odum had a little 34 points and 17 of those off free throws. HE HAS TO GET TO THE LINE AND CONVERT. That is key.
I would say small play on the trees. I don't think there will be a large crowd on hand because on the Pizza Hut Classic going on here in Terre Haute that was going on the past two days, no games today, with games tomorrow. Hautians are burnt out. (The PHC is a huge high school tourney with teams from the Wabash Valley and Illinois)
So if Ind St gets up to +5.5, I really like the play! If not it is a small play for me.Comment -
Also Indiana State was stuck in Arizona, layover from Hawaii, because of that snow storm that hit Indiana. They didn't get back until the 27th or 28th. So that made for some short time before this game. Illinois St played there last game at home and had some rest.Comment -
I learned that lesson starting last year. This scrappy team finds a way to win or cover whenever I bet against them. They are an under-the-radar team that plays hard on every possession.Comment -

Said it at the beginning of the season, the more games this team plays the better they will get. I think it was 8 Sycamores had never played a game at ISU to start the season. That showed during the first game at UCLA. ISU doesn't loose a single player to graduation this season! The way they are clicking together has me excited for the rest of this season and the next. One more year with Odum and Arop is damn good. Grit and hard play will win games.
Also note:ISU's tallest guy right now is 6'10" that only plays about 6'8" lol. Their 6'11" 285 lbs newcomer broke his foot in summer play. So he will be back next season with the rest of the team.... Food for thought there.Comment -
