Brad Stevens is going to get Tom Crean Fired
Making it glaringly obvious that the better coach is @ the much smaller school with the much smaller salary.

I know the 2 national championship appearances speak volumes, but these guy teams being on the same court on highlights my above points.

need IU to pull this one out

    a) I'm on them BIG today

    b) As an IU alum, really hoping for an IU undefeated season

    c) I live in INDY, and cant stand all the shit these butler fans will talk the rest of season.

To be fair to Crean, Stevens is a better coach than almost everyone.

            Unreal.

Now Butler is down their two best players, and have to play another 5 minutes.

He will never leave. Every year his team will be underrated, and he is able to do his job without much exposure.

The kind of kids he recruits fit his style of coaching, and are what Butler attracts. They play every possession @ full effort especially on defense. You do not see this anywhere else.

I think Michigan State might make an offer when Izzo retires.

Didn't Stevens just sign like 10 year deal?

It would take $50 million to make him leave and he still wouldn't leave for that much

He loves Butler. He loves coaching the kind of kids that go there. His family loves Indianapolis. Even if he wins a Title there, he isnt going anywhere. Dude is COMMITTED.

I don't believe he will leave for any other job.

Stevens just gets it. Basketball is a simple game when coached right

IMO, I think Shaka Smart is the best coach in NCAA. The guy has produced from day 1 and hasn't had a down year.. but these are system guys, and the high talent that come from top schools would never buy into a System school. Just like a highly recruited QB try's to avoid going to a "Spread Offense"... Top Recruits in College Bball are looking for coaches that run man2man, and have a pro style offense (ie. UNC, and Kentucky).. Boeheim is a good example... 2-3 Zone, all day every day. How many kids apart from Melo, can u name from Cuse in the NBA? There are only 3 active Cuse players in the NBA.
