Taking a look at North Dakota State and George Washington for Tuesday

NDS is +14.5 at Minnesota. They've had one really bad game, getting blown out at Green Bay, but they're a pesky team that has the potential to keep this game in the 8-10 point range if they play well. Gophers beat this team by 4 points at home last year, and while they're better now, I still think NDS can stay competitive. Might wait to see if I can get a 15 or 15.5. The Braun kid is a player for NDS.

I'm not quite sure who Rutgers has beaten to be a 7.5 home fave over GW. Colonials are down, but they've faced a tougher schedule and should give the Scarlets a game.

These two and possibly San Jose State for the nightcap. Thoughts?

I think the Rutgers-GW line is right on. I see this being a single digit victory for Rutgers. I'd take GW if the line was 11+ but at 7.5 you're just gambling. There are plenty of bad lines during college basketball season. I do like the matchup for GW, just not getting the points I need to commit. Not even considering taking Rutgers. While they could win by 8 or 9, I think there is equal or better chance they win by 5-7 points. Not gambling here.

i like North Dakota State too but i followed their most recent game against North Dakota and don't like how they played in that game at all. if they play like that against Minnesota they'll get their doors blown off.

zoo I also had NDSU in their last game against North Dakota. Thought they wern't covering the whole first half then the real team showed up 2nd. Hopefully it was just first half jitters of playing their rival in that game and fluky. If they play like they did 2nd half they should cover and if Minn plays anything like last years team they cover easily. I actually expect this line to shoot up a bit sense people will look at the names of the teams and know Minny is hot and just blindly bet. That's what I'm hoping for anyways but I'm on NDSU regardless.

watch cal poly come all the way back. nevada getting all full of themselves, beating washington, not finishing the game, coin didn't bet them but had a lean on them, etc. all the factors at work here.
