Oakland is on a long ROAD TRIP right now this game is gonna be funny as hell. The VOLS wont lose this game and neither will Colorado St.

Oakland is a solid bet against most 2nd tier programs,
but I backed off the idea because of Tennessee pedigree.
Lots of questions about the Volunteers but recruitment talent pool
is usually not one. And like the previous poster said, Oakland
could be running out of road fuel.

Thanks for the input guys. I ended up taking GSU and Oakland. I just feel GSU is a better team and there at home so 3.5 points shouldn't be too much for them to cover. As far as Oakland, I took them pretty much on the hopes that they will shoot more to their potential tonight. I realize Tennessee is good defensively but they haven't really played strong competition and if Oakland is hitting three's like they can I see a back door cover late. Anyways BOL to everyone.

LOL anybody watching this game? I know Tennessee is a good defending team but man Oakland cannot make a shot to save their lives. It's so bad that its comical.

any of the threes would drop, it might
feel competitive... and they might as well
keep rainin' threes, because they're missin'

LOL its unreal how bad they are shooting. I figured they would get dominated 1H though which could allow a back door cover if they shoot better in 2H.

Yeah that is a good point you brought up but they are a pretty good perimeter shooting team so while the road trip has taken a toll on them I didn't expect they'd shoot 16% in 1H lol.

well think about it yes 16% is attrocious lmao but they certainly dont take a PLANE they take a CHARTER BUS cramped up traveling the country sitting on the bus for a whole day. Get off the bus antsy as hell to play ball and move there legs. Go play basketball lose, get upset get back on the bus go back home. Rest for 1 day get back on the bus and do the samet thing again lmao

LOL all good points man, that's why you're a winner. I think Oakland will be a good team to back just not this early in the season. The announcer in the game made a good point and something that I will take to heart going forward, at the beginning of the year offenses are trying to catch up to the defenses and that was certainly the case in this game. Oakland has good perimeter shooting but the combination of a 10K+ mile road trip and the players still trying to find their shots equals a lot of lopsided losses.

Keep an eye on Murray St bro I love that team but I feel like Cannan is gonna run out of gas carrying his team. I hope he doesnt wanan see them win all year long but feel like he might just gas out completely
