    What's with these early-season lines?
    Michigan -2.5 vs. Pitt?
    Duke -2.5 vs. Minnesota?
    Missouri -2.5 vs. Stanford?

If teams are ranked in the 5-15 range, shouldn't they be getting more respect on neutral courts against unranked opponents?

    I agree! What the heck?

I have looked at these and thought, "man, this is too good to be true!". At times, I am scared of a trap, but have bet on them just because of their appeal. I am 3-0 on those games you mentioned.

I think the low spread may be due to the lack of "elite" teams this year (maybe besides Indiana?) in the eyes of oddsmakers? I dunno, maybe they think there is less disparity between teams this season than in years past? Was thinking the same thing.

Even if that were the case, talk about zero respect for a team's ranking. I could see Duke -2.5 at Minnesota or Michigan -2.5 at Pitt, but on a neutral court? WTF? Apparently books are OK with giving away free money.

I agree, they have been easy. People over thinking things early on.

I don't know what Vegas is thinking but, the public has to have been cashing this NCAAB year so far besides a few big games. It's surprising and I'm almost scared to take the games at times too but, did cash today with Mizzou -3.
